Comments window
Purpose
Use this window to create and edit catalog (predefined) comments to use on a sales invoices and receipts.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Maintenance menu, point to General Maintenance then click Comment Catalog.
- During a point of sale transaction, click Add on the Select Comment window.

Look for Description |
Enter the description of a comment you want to view or edit. The grid automatically moves to comments matching the characters you type in this box. |

Displays the description of any comments you can select to edit. |

Save |
Saves any changes you've made to a comment description or text. This button displays after you begin editing a comment. |
Cancel |
Cancels any changes you've made to a comment description or text. This button displays after you begin editing a comment. |
Delete |
Removes the comment from the list of predefined comments you can select on the Select Comment window. |
Add |
Clears the Desc and comments boxes so you can create a new catalog comment. |
Exit |
Returns to the previous window. |
